Nice to meet you, I’m the voice behind the INTEOR Method and LUXINTER.

The Body Warns Before the Mind Admits It

I learned this the hard way, not from a textbook.

For years, I built a life the way most competent people do: carry more, complain less, let the exhaustion sit somewhere behind the sternum where nobody has to look at it. I was good at holding things together. I was also, without realizing it, running my own body as collateral. The fatigue that no exam could explain, the tension that lived in the same place every time — that was the first real teacher I had. Long before I called any of this a method, my own body was already telling me what I refused to hear.

That’s the origin of INTEOR. Not a brand exercise. A correction.

Two Countries, One Question

My story sits between two worlds that don’t usually share a sentence: the raw, restless energy of Brazil — where survival is a daily craft, not an abstraction — and the deep, disciplined stillness of New Zealand, where I learned that slowing down is not the opposite of ambition, it’s the structure underneath it. I didn’t choose one over the other. I built a practice in the tension between them, because that tension turned out to be the most honest place to work from.

The question underneath everything I do is simple: **why do we keep trying to run our lives on someone else’s operating system?** Borrowed ambitions, inherited fears, a pace that was never ours to begin with. Most people don’t burn out from working too hard. They burn out from working hard at the wrong blueprint.

What INTEOR Actually Is

INTEOR stands on three pillars, and none of them works alone:

Intuition — the ancestral, symbolic layer: astrology, numerology, the old maps humans used before we had language for the nervous system. I don’t treat this as decoration. I treat it as data that predates data.

Theory — the scientific, structural layer: psychosomatics, applied psychology, the mechanisms that explain *why* the symbolic layer works when it works. If I can’t name the mechanism, I don’t make the claim. That’s not modesty. That’s the standard I hold myself to.

Orient — the disciplined, ritual layer: the practice that turns insight into something your body actually does differently on a Tuesday. Understanding without ritual stays theoretical. Ritual without understanding becomes superstition. I refuse both.

Strategy without soul is manipulation. Soul without strategy is invisible. INTEOR exists in the narrow, demanding space between the two.

Why I Don’t Sell Certainty

I won’t tell you your birth chart is your destiny, and I won’t tell you a candle will fix a marriage. What I will tell you is that the body keeps score long before the mind catches up, and that the oldest symbolic systems — read correctly, cross-checked against what we now know about the nervous system and the psyche — are still some of the most precise diagnostic tools available. Not because they’re mystical. Because they’re old enough to have already seen your pattern before.

I come from real work — the kind that leaves your hands rough and your patience short. I’m not writing to you from a place of theory untouched by consequence. I know what exhaustion costs, because I’ve paid it. That’s the only credential I actually trust in myself, and it’s the one I bring to every reading, every piece I write, every object Luxinter makes.

If you’re here because something in your life stopped making sense the way it used to — trust that instinct. It’s usually right, and it’s usually earlier than the mind wants to admit.
