The INTEOR Method

Intuition · Theory · Orient

I didn’t find this method in a book. My body found it first. For years I carried more than was mine and called it strength, until the tiredness became impossible to ignore. Looking for where it came from took me to my family history, then to psychoanalysis, and then to the symbolic languages people have used for centuries to describe the same psyche. INTEOR is what came out of testing all of that on myself before offering it to anyone else.

The name comes from interior. The idea behind it is simple: what repeats on the outside is usually organised on the inside, often by stories that started before you were born.

The three pillars

I. Intuition: ancestry and the family system

We are not isolated individuals. We are the current point of a long line of people. Family Constellations, developed by Bert Hellinger, are the centre of my work: they show the invisible loyalties, exclusions and imbalances that make someone live a destiny that isn’t theirs. Intuition here isn’t guessing. It’s the ability to perceive what the system is showing.

II. Theory: psychoanalysis, psychosomatics and neuroscience

Every symbolic reading needs a floor to stand on. Psychoanalytic listening helps me hear what isn’t being said. Psychosomatics looks at how emotional conflicts show up in the body. Neuroscience explains why patterns repeat: the nervous system prefers what is familiar over what is good. I also draw on Ericksonian hypnosis and on the Hermetic principles as a philosophical frame.

III. Orient: discipline and ritual

Understanding doesn’t change anything on its own. From Eastern traditions I take the idea that change is built through practice: small, repeated actions that teach the body a new rhythm. That’s why every consultation ends with an anchoring exercise, and why physical anchors such as light, scent and objects matter in this work.

The lenses I read with

Astrology, tarot and the oracles are not separate services competing with each other. They are different languages describing the same territory. The birth chart shows tendencies and inherited themes. The cards bring up what you already sense but haven’t said. The constellation shows where you stand in your family system. Crossing them is what makes a reading precise.

What INTEOR is not

It is not fatalism: knowing a pattern is a tool for changing it, never an excuse to stay in it. My ancestors suffered so that I could do things differently, not so that I would suffer too. It is not self-help, and it isn’t a replacement for medical or psychological care. It is a way of reading your life with rigour and giving you something concrete to do next.
